Tai Chi - Tai Chi is an Ancient Traditional Chinese practice that combines the mind, body, and spirit. Practitioners use meditation and deep breathing as they perform a series of continuous movements which promote healthy circulation and energy flow throughout the body. It is now widely practiced for its healing benefits for the entire body, which include reducing stress and anxiety, promoting balance and flexibility, increasing muscle strength, bone density and joint integrity, easing arthritis pain, and inducing calm and harmony by improving the flow of internal energy (or “Chi”) throughout the body. People who practice Tai Chi regularly say that it improves their overall sense of well-being and physical agility. It should become a life-long practice and will in turn lengthen your life. Try a class for FREE on Thursdays from 11:30 a.m. to 12:45 p.m. It will change your life!!!
